Seeking justice for survivors of sexual abuse and negligent medical treatment

Were you treated by Dr. Mark E. Mulholland, a Tri-Cities OB-GYN? Tamara Holder Law and our firm, Schroeter Goldmark and Bender (SGB), recently filed a lawsuit against Dr. Mulholland and his employers, Providence Health & Services and Kadlec Regional Medical Center, for their failure to protect patients from sexual abuse and negligent medical treatment at Dr. Mulholland’s hands.

Numerous patients allege that Kadlec was aware of serious concerns about Dr. Mulholland’s behavior, dating back as far as 2003, and Providence in 2014, once it began to operate in Tri-Cities. Despite these warnings, the institutions failed to make changes, violating their legal and ethical responsibilities to ensure patient safety and putting countless women at risk.

More than a hundred women have come forward, and many more may have been harmed. If you or someone you know may have been abused by Dr. Mulholland, please reach out to SGB or Tamara Holder Law today. We are actively investigating these claims. You’re not alone, and your experience matters.

Dr. Mulholland was a Tri-Cities OB-GYN, who worked in Richland, Washington for Providence Kadlec Regional Health Medical Health Center and at Kadlec’s Clinic, Associated Physicians for Women (APW).
Dr. Mulholland began practicing medicine in Washington state in 1999. He practiced at Kadlec, a Providence-owned and operated clinic, as recently as this year.
